If you own land and are ready to build, Island Building Solutions (IBS) provides a smarter, faster way to bring your home to life.

Our PIBS™ (Precision Integrated Building Systems) are fully engineered, climate-resilient building packages — pre-approved, containerized, and designed for efficient construction anywhere in The Bahamas or Caribbean.

You can choose any licensed Bahamian General Contractor to build your home using PIBS™, however that GC will need to be an IBS Certified Contractor. Your GC will need to submit your Project Submission Form along with your selected PIBS™ model from our partner Floor Plan Catalog or your own floor plan, lot information, and project details to IBS for engineering, pricing, and delivery coordination.

Once submitted, IBS will issue a Design & Engineering and PIBS™ quote to your General Contractor.

Upon approval, IBS provides the engineered design, patented Kratos™ Wall System, windows, doors, finishes, and fixtures (if applicable) - everything your contractor needs to assemble your home with precision and confidence.
