1. Choose a Floor Plan or Submit Your Floor Plan
Select a PIBS™ model floor plan from our Partners library link below that fits your project’s layout, size, and finish level.
Search for a floor plan
Click “View Details”
Scroll down, click on “Click here to view a larger image or print floor plan”
Floor Plan will be downloaded to your local computer
2. Submit Your Project
Complete the PIBS™ Project Submission Form with site details and upload selected floor plan OR upload existing floor plan files.

3. Receive Design & Engineering Quote
IBS reviews your submission and provides a detailed quote covering design, engineering, conversion to light gauge steel and required PIBS™ package.

4. Approve & Launch Production
Once approved, IBS proceeds with design, engineering, manufacturing, and preparation for containerized delivery.

5. Build with Confidence
Your PIBS™ package ships directly to your project site—ready for precise, efficient assembly.
As the General Contractor, you must be an IBS Certified Contractor to install our systems and ensure compliance with IBS quality and warranty standards.
If you’re not yet certified, simply click the button below to join our growing network of approved IBS Certified Contractors across the Bahamas and Caribbean.
IBS provides training, coordination, and technical support through every phase of your project.
Optional: IBS can also deploy our team to your site for the erection of the PIBS™ Dry-In Shell Package.
