Select a concept home floor plans that fits your project’s layout, size, and finish level. You can also submit your own floor plan.

2. Submit Your Project
Complete the Project Submission Form. Upload a floor plan OR select a concept home floor plan from the drop-down list.

3. Receive Design & Engineering Quote
IBS reviews your submission and provides a detailed architectural and engineering quote covering design, engineering, conversion to light gauge steel. Also, you receive an estimate for your selected PIBS™ package.

4. Architectural, Design & Engineering Contract
Once a Basis of Design (BOD) is approved and contract signed, IBS proceeds with the design, architectural, engineering and shop drawings.

5. Construction Contract
Based on the final approved Architectural, Design and Engineering drawings, the Construction contract is finalized. Once the Construction Contract is approved and contract signed, IBS begins the manufacturing, procurement, and preparation for containerized delivery to your project site.
