  • Insulation and weather-resistant barrier

2. Turnkey Package

Your complete ready-to-occupy solution.

The Turnkey Package includes everything from the Dry-In Shell plus all interior finishes, systems, and fixtures — providing a complete, ready-to-live-in home on delivery.

Includes:

  • Kitchen cabinetry, countertops & appliances

  • Bathroom fixtures & fittings

  • Interior walls, flooring, ceilings & paint
